Overview
A Kagawa Prefectural museum collecting and exhibiting historical and folk materials from the Seto Inland Sea region. Perched on Goshikidai hill with panoramic views of the Inland Sea. Sword-related holdings include works by smiths from Sanuki Province (Kagawa) and weapons associated with Seto Inland Sea naval forces. Through its numerous holdings, including Important Tangible Folk Cultural Properties, visitors can learn about the maritime culture and martial history of the Inland Sea region. The building by architect Yamamoto Tadashi is itself an acclaimed architectural work.
