Nanki Shigekuni

Description

Retained smith of the Kii Tokugawa family. Studied under Horikawa Kunihiro and served as official swordsmith of the Kishū domain. Produced many practical swords in a powerful Sōshū-influenced style. Created numerous presentation swords for the domain lord.
