Description
The supreme shintō-era smith and greatest swordmaker of the early modern period. Originally an armorer who turned to swordmaking around age 50. 'You must hold a Kotetsu to know a Kotetsu' — his work of such refinement it must be experienced firsthand. Deep nie-based gunome-midare with beautiful jigane. Said to be Kondō Isami's sword. Notorious for the vast number of forgeries.
