概要
Nagoya City's flagship history museum, covering the culture and history of the Owari and Mikawa regions that produced Oda Nobunaga, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and Tokugawa Ieyasu — the 'Three Great Unifiers.' The collection includes swords and weapons associated with these warlords and the Owari Tokugawa clan, alongside works by local Owari and Mikawa swordsmiths. Regular special exhibitions on samurai and sword themes attract visitors from across Japan.
