Echizen Yasusugu

Description

Official swordsmith of the Tokugawa family. Received the character '康' (yasu) from Ieyasu and was permitted to engrave the Tokugawa hollyhock crest. Powerful, practical works symbolizing Tokugawa authority. Active in both Edo and Echizen.
