Description
Known as 'Yotsuya Masamune,' a genius of the Bakumatsu era who revived the Sōshū tradition. His grand style reminiscent of Masamune took the sword world by storm. Born in Shinshū, he set up his forge in Edo's Yotsuya district. His tragic death by suicide at just 42 adds to his legend. Known for beautiful nie-based gunome-midare and powerful jigane.
