概要
A museum based on the collection of industrialist Nakamura Eishun, donated to Kanazawa City. The highlight is the outstanding collection of sword fittings (tsuba, fuchi-kashira, etc.) produced by Kaga domain craftsmen, featuring the exquisite 'Kaga zōgan' inlay technique. The collection ranks among the finest in Japan. The museum also holds important tea ceremony objects reflecting Kanazawa's deep culture of Chado. Located within walking distance of Kenroku-en Garden.
