Description

Leading late Bizen smith. Produced everything from mass blades to fine commissions, meeting the enormous demand of the Sengoku era. Multiple smiths shared this name; Yozaemon-no-jō Sukesada and Hikobei-no-jō Sukesada are especially noted. While output was large, commissioned pieces are often excellent.
