Nobukuni

Description

A lineage of smiths active in Yamashiro (Kyoto). While rooted in the Rai school tradition, their work also shows Sōshū influence. The first generation is sometimes counted among Masamune's Ten Pupils. They forged swords in Kyoto across several generations, forming a major school of the later Yamashiro tradition.
